ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management systems. Since the introduction of the ISO 9000ff series of standards in 1987, more than one million companies in 178 countries have already successfully implemented the certification of their quality management systems according to a QM standard. This series of standards defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system (QM) that an organization must meet.

WHY SHOULD MY COMPANY BE CERTIFIED ACCORDING TO ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 provides a set of rules for a methodical approach. In a continuous improvement process, company procedures are systematically adapted to general and specific customer requirements.
