The acceptance criteria will be defined by Bureau Veritas based on the mandatory requirements for the controlled process and product parameters. -
HIGH LEVEL
• Temperature monitoring based on the customer's records;
• Direct temperature monitoring by Bureau Veritas;
• Environmental screening;
• Pathogen search in the product;
• Visual inspection of the environment and product (also with photos);
• Product traceability.

How are the inspections carried out?
The Bureau Veritas inspections are always carried out unannounced and have a quarterly frequency.
All sites for which the Organization wants to provide evidence and communicate the results of the controls carried out by Bureau Veritas must be inspected.
During each inspection, the Bureau Veritas inspector will take environmental and product samples for the agreed analyses. -
Is a certificate or attestation issued after the Food Safety Check Inspection?
No. After successfully passing the first inspection, the "VERIFIED FOOD SAFETY CHECK" logo, owned by Bureau Veritas, will be issued.
The logo will bear the year of validity and at the end of each year the customer will be given the logo with the relevant update. The QR code in the logo will refer to information about the service provided. -
