The course is intended for anyone with the need to audit a Quality Management System (based on ISO 9001).

• Understand the structure and the content of ISO 9001 and its relationship with ISO 9000

• Understand  the requirements of ISO 9001

• Understand the role and responsibilities of an auditor in accordance with ISO 19011:2018

• Be able to plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal audit in accordance with ISO 19011:2018.

• Audit reporting & audit follow-up

• Assignments (the course is 60% activity based)

• Delegate Assessment - Assessment is carried out by continuous assessment of delegate performance throughout the theoretical and practical phases.

Note: This training program is being offered in collaboration with another branch of Bureau Veritas.

Please note that the first exam is included in the course fee. However, if a second exam is required, it will be subject to an administration fee of CHF 100. In the event of a second failed exam, the delegate will be required to retake the entire course.
