TARGET GROUP & PREREQUISITES
The seminar is designed for employees and managers from all areas of the food industry who are entrusted with the implementation, maintenance and auditing of a management system. Knowledge of IFS Food, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 as well as legal requirements in the food industry such as HACCP should be present.
OBJECTIVES
The demand for continuously improved quality management in the food supply chain highlights the importance of Internal Audits. They have to be performed by well trained, experienced and recognized staff. In the seminar you will practice auditing according to IFS Food, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000. After successful completion you will be able to plan, conduct and document audits of food safety management systems.
During the seminar, the oral participation of the participants is continuously evaluated. The participant has passed if he/she has successfully completed all learning modules. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the Bureau Veritas certificate "Food Safety System Auditor".
