Internal Leading Auditor

TARGET GROUP & PREREQUISITES

This training is intended for management system representatives or auditors who are already familiar with the audit methodology according to ISO 19011:2018. If you are facing the challenge of leading an audit team or simply want to expand your skills, this training is interesting for you. You will acquire the qualification "Internal Lead Auditor".

The training is not linked to the knowledge of a specific management system standard. Even if you perform process audits according to VDA or other standards, you can further develop your auditing skills with this training. 

Goals

Internal or supplier audits are often carried out in audit teams, with the aim of making them more effective or bringing in "new" auditors as co-auditors. Auditing in teams creates a special dynamic that should be controlled in a goal-oriented manner. The goal of this training is to acquire strategies and possibilities for action.
