This seminar assumes ISO 9001 knowledge or practical experience in the introduction of QM systems.

Goals

You will learn the contents of IATF 16949:2016 based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The focus is on automotive-specific features and their relation to complementary industry-specific requirements. You will learn the methods and evaluation criteria of assessment (system audits) and on-site audits. The procedures are deepened through case studies in group exercises.
