FMEA harmonized (AIAG and VDA)

TARGET GROUP & PREREQUISITES 

This seminar is intended for employees in all areas of the company in which methods for error prevention are used as part of project processing or improvement projects. 

The FMEA harmonization AIAG-VDA has created a uniform standard for the execution of FMEA in the automotive industry. For suppliers who evaluate their products in the context of FMEAs, the harmonization or adaptation of the VDA guidelines and the AIAG manual brings a common basis that meets all customer requirements in the European and North American markets.

The seminar is also suitable as a re-qualification measure for IATF 16949 auditors: Application for Certificate Extension (German). 

OBJECTIVES

You will gain a comprehensive insight into the most common methods for risk assurance and defect prevention during the design and production planning phase (Fault Tree Analysis and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
