This course is intended as an introduction to quality management according to ISO 9001:2015. It is suitable for employees from all areas who are entrusted with quality-related tasks and want to find an introduction to the requirements of the standards. This training is therefore indispensable for most job profiles in the QM area.

The maximum number of participants is 10.

OBJECTIVES

The sense and purpose of quality management according to the ISO 9000 family of standards will be conveyed. The essential elements are dealt with in their specific form for practice.
