TARGET AUDIENCE

Those intending to acquire the competence to perform audits of Quality Management Systems against the ISO 9001:2015 standard, like Quality & Systems Managers, Process Improvement Managers, Consultants or Quality Auditors.

GOALS

A successful participant will be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge concerning quality issues, to plan and perform a QMS audit, to identify strengths and weaknesses of a QMS, to write clear, concise and relevant audit reports and communicate the reports to relevant staff and management.
