The Ministry of Foreign Trade by the circular letter N°001/CAB/MIN.COMEXT/LKN/05/2025 announced that from June 29th 2025, the process evolves with the introduction of the Preliminary Notification issued to the exporter prior to shipping the goods.
This evolution eases and speeds up the assessment leading to the Attestation (AV – Attestation de Verification) required for customs clearance of the goods on arrival in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
