Bureau Veritas organizes a new webinar focused on the certification according to EN 1090-1 and ISO 3834.
Since July 1st, 2014, the Harmonized Standard EN 1090-1 has been mandatory for placing steel and aluminum structural elements on the market throughout the European Economic Area.
The specific manufacturing process requirements and related controls required for implementing a Factory Production Control in accordance with the harmonized standard EN 1090-1 for steel structural components are detailed in the supporting standard EN 1090-2, of which a new version has been published. Complementary to the regulatory scenario described is the certification according to ISO 3834, a crucial standard for the qualification of welding in structural elements.
