The Ministry of Industry and Commerce has released a new Statutory Instrument (SI) 124 of 2020. which extends the list of products related to the Consignment Based Conformity Assessment Programme (CBCA).

This SI also introduces a penalty of 15% of FOB value imposed on importer for any shipment arriving without the required certificate and destination inspection.

The CBCA certificate is required for all the products listed in the initial regulation SI 132 2015 and the products added with the amendment SI 124 – 2020.

Das Ministerium für Industrie und Handel veröffentlicht eine neue Rechtsverordnung (SI)

Das Ministerium für Industrie und Handel hat eine neue Verordnung (Statutory Instrument = SI ) 124 von 2020 veröffentlicht, mit dem die Liste der Produkte im Zusammenhang mit dem Consignment Based Conformity Assessment Programme (CBCA) erweitert wird.

Durch dieses SI wird außerdem eine Strafe in Höhe von 15% des FOB-Wertes eingeführt, die dem Importeur für jede Sendung auferlegt wird, die ohne die erforderliche Bescheinigung und Bestimmungsort-Inspektion ankommt.

Das CBCA-Zertifikat ist für alle Produkte erforderlich, die in der ursprünglichen Regelung SI 132 2015 und den mit der Änderung SI 124 - 2020 hinzugefügten Produkten aufgeführt sind.
