Internal Auditors

TARGET GROUP

Management system auditors must constantly keep up to date in terms to their qualifications. Many certification bodies require auditors to regularly attend refresher courses to maintain their personal level of knowledge. Participants will learn how to improve their behaviour in real audits by means of case studies and the exchange of experiences. The seminar is aimed at qualified personnel who are responsible for carrying out management system audits (first party audits) as auditors in the company.

The maximum number of participants is 10.

OBJECTIVES

Current methods regarding audit programme, planning, implementation and reporting as well as requirements for auditors are taught on the basis of ISO 19011:2018. The practical examples refer to ISO 9001, but can also integrate other systems individually depending on the participant profile. Special features of supplier audits (second party audits) are dealt with.

COURSE CONFIRMATION

Each participant will receive a course confirmation from Bureau Veritas Switzerland AG upon full attendance.
