The course is intended for anyone with the need to audit a Quality Management System (based on ISO 9001).

GOALS

  • Understand the purpose and benefits of a quality management system.

  • Understand the structure and the content of ISO 9001 and its relationship with ISO 9000.

  • Understand  the requirements of ISO 9001.

  • Understand the role and responsibilities of an auditor in accordance with ISO 19011:2018

  • Be able to plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal audit in accordance with ISO 19011:2018

  • Audit planning and preparation

  • Performing process-based audits

  • Recording and evaluation of findings

  • Audit reporting & audit follow-up

  • Assignments (the course is 60% activity based).

  • Delegate Assessment - Assessment is carried out by continuous assessment of delegate performance throughout the theoretical and practical phases.
