• Any person, who would like to perform internal audits for their Business Continuity Management System

Goals

This course provides an introduction and overview of the requirements of ISO 22301:2019. The objective of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to plan and conduct effective internal audits of a business continuity management system (BCMS).

In addition, this course will enable participants to clearly identify and report audit findings and take effective follow-up actions to ensure continuous improvement.

At the end of the course, participants will:

• have a better understanding of ISO 22301:2019 and its requirements
• be able to prepare and conduct internal audits for a BCMS
• be able to assess an organization's ability to manage its BCMS
