Bureau Veritas Vietnam is a 100% foreign owned company, established in 1998 under the Investment License No. 2042/GP dated 6 March 1998 issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam. It is a full subsidiary of Bureau Veritas S.A., which is set up in 1828 and has now a network that covers 140 countries and includes more than 900 offices and laboratories, with over 39,000 skilled employees servicing 370,000 customers across a wide range of end markets.

EVENTS

Bureau Veritas Certification Vietnam was really pleased to welcome our esteemed clients and their colleagues on July 30th, 2010 in Hanoi and on August 6th, 2010 in Ho Chi Minh City for a forum entitled "New management trends for sustainable development".

 

Bureau Veritas Certification Forum had for purpose of assisting our clients in finding solutions to differentiate their markets and add value to their products/services in the context of a more and more intense competition. This seminar has been the occasion for our esteemed clients to have an overview of the current management trends and various solutions for  sustainable development.

From July 13, 2010 to July 15, 2010, Bureau Veritas Vietnam has demonstrated to SAI Global that our responsibilities toward our employees and the environment are totally fulfilled and therefore obtained the ISO 14001:2004 certification for proving  our responsibility to the environment, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for demonstrating our ability to manage hazards.

 
This demarche has been implemented following the group politic in QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment) and the commitment of our management board concerning these topics. These certifications have for goal to meet our national and worldwide client's demands about our internal HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) efforts and performance and to ensure Bureau Veritas Vietnam's responsibility towards our employees.
