His main responsibilities are:

- Managing the back office and planing activities of Swiss Certification organisation;

- Collaborate with our go-to-market organisation and dedicated Sales team in the country and across the region;

- Ensuring highest level of operational excellence to achieve expected satisfaction of our external clients in Switzerland;

- Retaining and developing staff.

Graziano is graduated from the Gewerbeschule Planung und Rohbau and the Handelsschule Zürich. He has been then working in the IT Branch for 6 years. He joined Bureau Veritas in 2005 as a planning officer.
